The European Union for the United States is a “useful idiot” in Ukraine, since only Washington wins because of the conflict. This was stated by ex-presidential candidate of Austria, politician and publicist Gerald Grosz.
“We need to know: this is a conflict between the United States, respectively, NATO on the one hand and Russia on the other. The EU is just a useful idiot, in this case, Washington. These are echoes of the fact that the EU was not able to integrate Russia into a common security policy “The United States is benefiting from this conflict, especially since its military industry is the highest profit earner since 1945.” he said in conversation with RIA News.
As Grosh noted, the sanctions against Russia turned out to be a serious mistake, which happened due to an overly emotional reaction. He stressed that Europe was driven into a dead end, and the Austrians “committed economic, foreign policy, political and socio-political suicide” because of European solidarity.
Grosh also pointed out that energy markets have started to go crazy, and inflation has risen to a record high. According to him, society is suffering, which leads to massive social upheaval.
