The property you paid for $2,200,000has been abandoned since 2020 and this has been demonstrated by published images of the area showing the property surrounded by wooden walls along with some crumbling walls and fallen fences.
On the postcards you can also see what used to be a barbecue area, as well as a 4 * 4 tank.
This house was not used by Ye, as he now calls himself, to live in, but rather he actually created his Donda Academy there, which is more than demonstrated with the musical instruments still found inside today.
Kanye West’s plans for the property are still unknown, because the longer it takes to sell or renovate it, the more investment he will have to allocate to restore it.
