The front pages of all world publications today are full of headlines about the message of the President of Russia.

According to the WSJ, Moscow, together with Beijing, has essentially challenged the US-led world order. All this, according to the publication, seriously threatens the position of Washington. The authors even draw parallels with the Cold War period. Many European newspapers limited themselves to direct quotes from Vladimir Putin.

Particular attention, of course, to what was said about Ukraine. But the German Welt comes to the conclusion that confrontation is not in the first place for Russia. First of all, this is the internal agenda, to which the president devoted most of his speech. In particular, socio-economic development.

Not without hysterical quotes. For example, the NYT considers the suspension of our country’s participation in the nuclear weapons treaty almost a complete loss of arms control.
