He opened the coffin and kissed the skull: the blogger disrespected an old burial (photo)

Trying to earn money from live broadcasts, a young man named Chen opened three coffins lying on the ground with his two friends, took out the bones of one of them and began to pose for the camera with them. He was sentenced to nine months probation for trespassing.

Last March, a 21-year-old blogger in China went live on social media at an old cemetery. He opened the coffins at the burial site, separated the bones, and even kissed the skull. Reported by the South China Morning Post.

Chen traveled 2,000 kilometers from his home in northeastern Liaoning province to a centuries-old protected area in southwestern China’s Guizhou province. The man was detained by residents of a local village during an illegal entry into an ancient burial site in the Guoli cave. He was sentenced to nine months probation.

The young man, together with his friends, moderated his broadcast on the little-known video platform Anmo, using an unknown account. This came to light in a report by the Longley County Public Prosecutor’s Office that filed a criminal complaint against him on February 16. Also, Chen told the police that he even kissed one of the skulls.

Guoli Cave dates back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The tombs, which were sanctified by the blogger in 2015, were included in the list of protected cultural monuments. They are considered a living source of knowledge to study the ancestor worship of the Miao people.

The publication states that about 400 people are buried in the natural cave that Chen visited. Among them are both the ancestors of the local clan with the surname Wu, and the elderly people over 60 who died recently.

The man apologized to the descendants of the people buried in the cave, after which he received a nine-month suspended sentence.

Previously Focus He wrote that a Chinese man robbed a gas station and then hid in a cave from the police for 14 years. Liu Mouf robbed a gas station with two accomplices, but that day the safe was only $23. The police soon detained his accomplices and the Chinese decided to hide safely to avoid the same fate.

It has also been reported that red squirrels in China are helping police catch drug dealers. A team of six Eurasian red rodents are trained to find drugs out of reach of dogs.
