North Korea has tested a nuclear submarine drone capable of causing a “radioactive tsunami”. This information was reported by the state radio of the DPRK “Voice of Korea”.

Tests of a drone capable of carrying a nuclear charge took place from 21 to 23 March. The exercise zone was located in the province of Hamgyong Namdo in the east of the country. Since March 21, the drone has been under water for 59 hours. He moved at a depth of 80–150 meters and constantly changed course.

The purpose of the drone – an imitation of the enemy’s port – was in the waters of Hongwon Bay. The drone got there in the afternoon of March 23, after which the warhead was blown up under water.

“This secret weapon is a nuclear unmanned submarine attack boat. Its mission is to secretly swim under water, produce a super-powerful radioactive tsunami by underwater explosion to destroy and destroy enemy ship formations and port.”the radio explained.

Note that the leader of the test was the country’s leader Kim Jong-un. The preparations were carried out, among other things, as a warning to the United States and South Korea “of the need to stop reckless exercises in the DPRK area.”

The tested drone has been developed in North Korea since 2012. He received the name “Khail” and during the exercises confirmed his reliability and ability to inflict mortal blows on the enemy.

Recall that the day before, the DPRK launched four cruise missiles towards the East Sea. Ammunition was launched from the city of Hamhung.
