  • violation of the rules for the use of special equipment and its unreasonable shutdown;
  • damage to military equipment and communications;
  • non-compliance with orders;
  • termination of observation of the target, untimely notification of its approach and failure to take measures to eliminate it.

Separately, serious consequences are foreseen – damage to important state and military facilities (destruction or damage to defense enterprises, structures, military infrastructure. This also includes the death of people, the opening of the air defense system and the fact of an unpreventable attack .
