Filipino boxer dies from injuries after winning fight

Filipino boxer Kenneth Egano has died after fighting his compatriot Jason Facularina.

According to Gazeta.ru, Egano was taken to the hospital after the fight. By the way, he won the duel, but lost consciousness during the announcement of the results.

They couldn’t save Egano’s life. Boxer was 22 years old.

Note that a few years ago, the Russian boxer Maxim Dadashev tragically died. He died in the USA on July 23, 2019. The cause of death of the 28-year-old boxer was the injuries he received in a fight with Puerto Rican Subriel Matias.

In the 11th round, Dadashev missed a lot of punches, which is why his team decided to stop the fight. After the battle, the Russian became ill, he lost consciousness.

He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he was diagnosed with cerebral edema. Dadashev underwent a craniotomy, but he died.
