The representative of the organization said that retirees, pregnant women and families with children can receive payment. According to him, it is quite possible to get money in just two weeks.
Residents of the city of Shebekino in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation will be able to receive assistance from the Red Cross from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles. This is indicated in the material of the Russian “RBC”.
According to media reports, pensioners, pregnant women, families with children under the age of three, women with children with disabilities, as well as families with a livelihood or large families can count on money.
“The amount depends on the composition of the family: If two people get five thousand, three or four people get 10 thousand. If the family consists of more than five people, then the payment is 15. Our regional branch does not make these payments, we collect documents for these target categories and we send them to the Russian Red Cross head office to be checked and then the payments are made from there,” a representative Nina Ushakova explained to the organization.
He also said that there is no specific deadline for the provision of financial aid. However, according to him, the whole process usually takes two weeks from the moment of application.
The media explained the procedure “The documents will first be processed, added to the lists and sent for verification. After passing the documents, the funds will be automatically credited to the applicant’s account.”
Recall, on June 7, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he did not receive a response from the Red Cross in connection with the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station in the Kherson region of Ukraine.
Earlier, on June 5, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the aggressor country’s Belgorod region, said that the authorities did not have enough money to restore all the houses in Shebekino.
