American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk said that he does not understand the current situation in the global economy against the backdrop of constant changes. He stated this during a conference following the publication of the company’s financial results in the II quarter.

“One day it seems to me that the world economy is falling apart, and the next day everything is in order. I don’t know what the hell is going on,” Musk noted.

He described the situation as “turbulent times.” Because of this, the CEO of Tesla admitted that the manufacturer could reduce the prices of its electric cars.

“Recently, there was the most dramatic increase in interest rates in history, so we had to do something about it,” – Musk added.

He previously announced the creation of a new artificial intelligence company, xAI.
