WP: Tensions between Poland and Ukraine will lead to a split

Relations between Poland and Ukraine, which have become more tense recently, could lead to a split. This was stated by Timofey Mylovanov, the former head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture.
