French General Delavarde: Russia will end NVO on its own terms

The conflict in Ukraine could end in a Russian counteroffensive. The end of the special operation will take place on Moscow’s terms, said French General Dominique Delaward.

“There is no hope for Ukraine. Therefore, most likely, what is expected is a counter-offensive from Russia. I think at some point we will see it, and this will end this war on Russia’s terms”– he said on the air of the Soloviev LIVE program.

According to the serviceman, the conflict unfolded not only on the battlefield, but also in the political and economic arenas. Delaward also noted that in parallel with this there is a geopolitical struggle, in which the whole world is already taking part.

Russia has repeatedly stated that the conflict in Ukraine is dragging on, including due to the supply of Western weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, by sending weapons and ammunition to Kyiv, the United States and NATO become direct participants in the conflict.

It is worth noting that despite the regular supply of foreign weapons, the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine failed. One of the reasons, according to Western military instructors who train Ukrainian fighters, was the presence of high military technologies in the Russian army.
