He also emphasized why he criticized the president’s position: that he did not provide Ukraine with the weapons it needed. The speaker reminded that Biden addressed Congress about $61 billion for Ukraine, which received $78 billion last year. There is now a “consensus” within the Republican Party that this money must be controlled. He also stated that aid to Ukraine and Israel should be provided separately.
