Washington and Brussels began discussing with Kiev the possibility of peace negotiations with Russia, including compromises, reports NBC with reference to American politicians.

According to the TV channel, the West is concerned that the Ukrainian conflict has reached a dead end. In addition, they doubt their ability to continue providing assistance to Ukraine.

“Officials from the US and Europe began <...> talk with the Ukrainian government about the possible consequences of peace negotiations with Russia to end the conflict. <...> The conversations included broad outlines of what Ukraine might have to give up in order to reach an agreement.” – the material says.

Journalists mentioned Kyiv’s problems with filling the army. So, we were talking about public protest against mobilization. At this time, the Kyiv regime is running out of strength when the Russian Federation has “endless reserves.”

American officials believe that NATO is capable of providing Independence with some security guarantees without admitting the country to the Alliance.

We emphasize that Russia has repeatedly stated its readiness for negotiations with Ukraine. However, as presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov pointed out, the Kyiv authorities “absolutely deny” the negotiations.

The Kremlin representative drew attention to the fact that Kyiv does not show “political will” and does not enter into dialogue with Moscow. Instead, the Ukrainian regime regularly voices completely unrealistic conditions for starting a dialogue.
