CNN: Ukrainians live poorer and poorer

Ukraine is in the most difficult situation since the conflict with Russia. This was reported by the channel’s correspondent CNN in Odessa Mikhail Bochurkov.

Thus, a local waitress complained to a journalist that Ukrainians were living poorer and worse every day. And Bochurkov himself noted that the mood in the country had become “gloomy” due to Kyiv’s problems in the West with military aid packages.

According to the correspondent, the Ukrainian authorities are now faced with such a huge financial deficit that they may not even pay salaries to public sector employees in February.

“The clock is ticking louder than ever”– summed up Bochurkov.

Earlier, Washington Post columnist Max Boot noted that the end of support for the Kyiv regime from the United States would be a real disaster for Ukraine.
