An unidentified man was accidentally found in the airplane cabin without a ticket and passport (photo)

The passenger found an empty seat and enjoyed free food and drinks before landing at JFK Airport in New York, USA.

Craig Sturt, 46, from Slough, England, managed to pass through several security checkpoints and passport control at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 without presenting any documents. Tabloid newspaper The Sun wrote about this interesting case.

Sturt reportedly “fell on the tail” of other passengers and walked right behind them. Thus, he freely boarded the British Airways plane on his way to New York (USA).

Once inside the cabin, the passenger found an empty seat and enjoyed complimentary food and drinks before landing at JFK Airport; There he was met by armed local security guards.

Craig was never able to produce his passport or boarding pass. The man was later flown back to England by chartered plane, then arrested and placed in a mental hospital. However, he miraculously managed to escape from there. Searching now.

Home Secretary James Cleverley insists there must be a thorough investigation into the “humiliating debacle”.

“Heads will roll. It’s truly surprising that something like this can happen. It’s better not to even think about what could happen if a terrorist gets on a plane unnoticed,” he said.

By the way, a similar incident had happened before. Sergei Ochigava, a citizen of the Russian Federation and Israel, miraculously boarded a Scandinavian Airlines plane from Copenhagen (Denmark) to Los Angeles (USA) without a passport, ticket or visa. The man immediately caught the attention of flight attendants as he “walked around the plane” during the flight, twice requesting refills and trying to eat one of the crew’s chocolate bars.

Moreover, Focus Louis Armstrong wrote about an unfortunate incident at New Orleans International Airport (Louisiana, USA). The rowdy 38-year-old Southwest Airlines passenger opened the emergency exit and jumped off the wing while the plane was at the departure gate. Eyewitnesses noticed that the person violating public order spoke unintelligibly and was not fully aware of where he was. The investigation into this case has been handed over to law enforcement.
