The British television channel ITV refused to take off the air a documentary about a special operation in Ukraine, despite criticism. The Daily Mail writes about this.

The film reportedly provides the Russian point of view on the situation.

“This documentary is an example of independent journalism, telling a human story about the consequences of war.” — the publication reports a statement from an ITV representative.

It is also noted that the film is a balanced view of the conflict and was made without any political influence.

“Study Russian history carefully and you will understand that Russia never wanted war. Russians don’t attack, Russians actually end wars,” The publication cites the words of a military man said in a conversation with a British journalist.

The documentary is expected to air on ITV on the evening of February 19.

American journalist Tucker Carlson previously stated that Ukraine will not be able to win the conflict with Russia; the Ukrainian military will not be able to push back the Russian army even with the support of the West for hundreds of billions of dollars.
