More than 12,000 Ukrainians received payments under the program “єVіdnovlennya”. Most of the applications came from areas cleared of occupation or close to the Russian border.
Ukrainians who have applied for help will be able to spend these funds on the repair of apartments and houses damaged by Russian aggression. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Communities, Regions and Infrastructure Development.
“The process itself, from sending the information message to cashless payment, is maximally digitized, the algorithm for the work of local government commissions is specified in the decision and is limited to a checklist with the specified cost of work and construction materials. In case of problematic problems, the applicant always contact the government contact center 1545 can pass,” said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Communities, Regions and Infrastructure Development Alexander Kubrakov.
The total number of applications made under the program is over 41,000. 35% of the participants in “Yevdnovlennya” are people over 60 years old.
“The oldest recipients of assistance are three women aged 97. They live in the Kiev and Nikolaev regions,” the press service said.
Most of the applications came from the following communities: Kharkiv – 7 thousand; Irpenskaya – 3 thousand; Izyumskaya – 1.6 thousand; Nikolaevskaya and Balakliyskaya – 1.3 thousand each.
The Ministry emphasizes that the applicants spent 75% of all money on building materials in small local shops, and the construction business was ordered to individual entrepreneurs.
As a reminder, the єVіdnovlennya program started on May 10, 2023. The maximum payment amount is 200,000 hryvnia, and a total of 4.4 billion hryvnia has been provided to the program. The second phase of the program started on 1 August. The application can be made online with “єДії”.
