A resident of Voronezh just wanted to star in the video of a famous musician, but in the end she became a victim of extortionists who dishonored her in front of all her friends. The girl saw an ad on the Internet, went through an online casting, after which the problems began. According to the police, such false producers are very difficult to catch. “I really believed it”

She dreamed of world fame and million-dollar contracts, but became a victim of extortionists. Oksana Koroleva, a resident of Voronezh, saw an advertisement on social networks: a casting is underway to participate in the video of a famous musician. Oksana applied, filled out the questionnaire and sent her photos. And I got a response almost immediately. The capital’s producers invited the girl to an online interview. At first everything was quite decent, but at the end of the conversation, Oksana was suddenly asked to undress.

“To the question “Why?” He told me: “We need girls without tattoos, we need to make sure.” I don’t know where my mind was at that moment. I really believed it.the girl recalls.

Oksana was assured that the casting was successfully completed. A few days later, the girl received a message from the producers. It turned out that the scammers were filming the interview. And now the girl needs to pay 15 thousand rubles so that the candid video does not get on the Internet.

“They wrote text messages, threatened. They demanded money. Then, a few days later, they made a mailing list to my friends. A video edited where I stand, take off my jacket, stand with bare chest. And with a very unpleasant inscription. That I participated in the video in escort”Oksana says.

How to recognize scammers

The victim immediately contacted the police. But finding criminals is almost impossible, experts say. As a rule, scammers use special programs to remain anonymous and leave almost no traces.

“In addition to the police, the victims can apply to the territorial bodies of the UK. Write a statement about the crime, which they will accept, and then a written response will be sent to the specified contacts”– explains the lawyer Koba Orzhoniya.

There are hundreds of proposals to appear in the clip of famous musicians on the Internet. Producers promise fabulous fees, but you should not believe this, experts say.

“There are a lot of mistakes, exclamation marks. Bold text. Red marked “attractive fees”. You can immediately see that this is a lure. There are no contact details. This is very important. There is no his last name. There is no his phone number. This is very important”– parses the “ad” casting director Daria Avrutova.

Oksana Koroleva had to explain to her friends about the candid video that they received in the mailing list. She deleted her pages in social networks. She still receives SMS from pseudo-producers demanding money. Each time she reports this to the police in the hope that someday the swindlers will be found and punished.

Online casting blackmailers

Such cases are far from uncommon. In June, the 35-year-old Muscovite decided to star in the video of rapper Morgenstern*. The casting was organized on Skype, and the woman was asked to take off her clothes during the call. She refused, but the attackers did not lag behind – they demanded 25 thousand rubles, threatening to distribute some “photos”.

A 23-year-old model from Moscow encountered porn blackmailers in July 2022. She explained that scammers tricked her into undressing in front of the camera during an “online casting”.

The attackers asked the girl to demonstrate her figure, change into a bikini. However, she suspected something was wrong when the scammers offered to take off her panties.
