Scientists have told which muscle training helps to quickly burn fat

American scientists have figured out which muscle to train to quickly burn fat and glucose. The results of a study by experts from the University of Houston appeared in a scientific journal iScience.

It turned out that training the soleus muscle allows you to get rid of fat and glucose 3 times faster. At the same time, even exercises performed while sitting are effective.

The soleus muscle is located on the back of the lower leg. It is activated when a person walks or stands.

The researchers indicated that the most optimal training for this muscle is its push-ups. That is, a person needs to firmly press the front of the foot to the floor and lift the heel up. Having reached the maximum amplitude, the heel must be lowered back to the floor.

Such exercises help improve metabolism, reduce body fat and blood sugar levels.

Earlier, nutritionist Margarita Koroleva named cheap food among the main causes of obesity.
