Lavrov called Zelensky’s peace formula a “sick fantasy” and threatened the United States (video)

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called Zelensky’s “peace formula” the “fruit of a sick imagination.” He made this statement in an interview with TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev.

“The aim was to force countries to sign Zelensky’s ‘peace formula’, which is just a sick fantasy,” Lavrov said.

He noted that although security was ensured in terms of both food, energy and other points of the “peace formula”, the main condition was access to the 1991 borders, including exit from Crimea and Donbass. According to Lavrov, the demand for the return of Ukraine’s borders is a demand for genocide.

Additionally, Lavrov called the West’s intention to approve Zelensky’s “peace formula” a “Russian-speaking deception.”

The Russian Foreign Minister did not forget to mention relations with America in his interview. According to him, the USA has officially declared Russia an enemy. Sergey Lavrov stated that if this is really the case, the Russian Federation is ready for any development.

He also supposedly said that the dollar had become a tool of influence and everyone was tired of it. Therefore, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance of Russia were tasked with providing recommendations on alternative payment systems.

Let us remember that recently, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that he was ready to cut diplomatic relations with the USA if the USA confiscated Russian assets. According to Ryabkov, diplomatic relations are not a “totem” to be worshipped.

Also recently, Sergei Lavrov stated that the West should realize the hopelessness of the situation and that Moscow has never avoided peace talks. He explained that the longer the war lasts, the more difficult conditions will be for Ukraine.
