According to the victim, she does not drink alcohol, but she lost consciousness after drinking two glasses. After the girl woke up, she was told that she had been raped.
The victim added that she did not know exactly how many people raped her. Her lawyer said that after the incident, his client was kicked out of the house.
It is also reported that the victim is a model. According to preliminary data, she did not talk about the rape earlier because of threats from Montiel and his family.
