According to the head of the Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian enterprises will produce aerial and surface drones. It took almost a year to start production under the new rules.
We should expect a significant increase in drone production in Ukraine this fall. Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said this in an interview with Ukrinform.
The minister announced an increase in the production of various types of drones, such as flying, floating, creeping and others.
“We did it last fall, while all this was created according to the new rules – it wasn’t fast, it took almost a year. But I think this fall there will be an explosion in the production of various Ukrainian drones … Then it will develop in volumes,” added Reznikov.
According to him, the process of simplifying the drone manufacturing procedure took almost a year. The minister did not specify specific terms for drone production.
Recall that recently Ukrainian intelligence officers, together with special forces, eliminated enemy equipment in the Lugansk region with assault drones. Forbes magazine calculated that in August of this year alone, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed $ 1.2 billion worth of equipment of the Russian Armed Forces.
The Russian army is afraid of drone attacks from the rear and finds different ways to recover equipment. So they put tires on the Tu-95 plane at the Engels airport in the Saratov region.
