“Exploded with the Russians”: A drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine finished off the Grad MLRS in the Kherson region (video)

The invaders, with assistance, opened fire on the village of Dneprovskoye in the Mykolaiv region until a Ukrainian kamikaze drone blew up military equipment.

On January 15, the Ukrainian military from the 79th detachment of the State Border Service of Ukraine, using an FPV drone on the left bank of the Kherson region, eliminated the equipment of the invaders – the Grad multiple launch rocket system, which the enemy fired at. In the Nikolaev region. The corresponding video was published by Ukrainian blogger and volunteer Sergei Sternenko on his Telegram channel on Tuesday, January 16.

Video footage from a bird’s eye view shows the Grad missile launcher firing into Ukrainian territory. After a few salvos, the driver unloaded the military equipment and hit the asphalt road. At this moment, the Ukrainian drone operator sent a kamikaze drone towards Grad. The FPV drone caught its target in a short time and successfully hit the target with a well-aimed shot. Russian military equipment exploded.

“On the left bank of the Kherson region, an MTR operator discovered a Russian BM-21 immediately after firing at the village of Dneprovskoye of the Nikolaev region. As a result of the UAV attack, the MLRS vehicle exploded along with the Russians.” Sergei Sternenko signed the video.

Note that the 79th border detachment guards part of the state border, including administrative districts in the Kherson region, certain areas of the Black and Azov Seas.

Let us recall that at the beginning of December 2023, Ukrainian border guards, using the Baba Yaga drone, hit many “fat” targets of the invaders. Border guards of the State Border Guard Service, thanks to precision drops, managed to hit an enemy tank, an armored vehicle, a howitzer and 3 enemy bunkers.

In mid-October 2023, we wrote about how border guards attacked the Russian Armed Forces with unmanned aerial vehicles. First, aerial reconnaissance officers sent a drone to Russian army positions. Since the drone was equipped with a night vision system, it easily dropped two ammunition on the target in the dark. As a result, the enemy suffered losses in manpower. Additionally, the D-30 howitzer was neutralized during the explosion.
