Quick Lazy Chicken Chops Recipe

The beauty of this recipe is that the meat does not need to be pounded.

At the core of this dish is a chopped cutlet. However, it is distinguished by a flat shape, which is more characteristic of a cutlet than a cutlet. They are made from soft fillet and are very juicy.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 500 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
  • semolina – 2 tbsp. l.
  • starch – 1 tbsp. l.
  • paprika to taste
  • ground black pepper and salt
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • vegetable oil (for frying)

Cook:

Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Peel the onion and also cut into cubes, squeeze the garlic through a press. In a bowl, transfer the chopped fillet, onion, egg, semolina, starch, mayonnaise, red pepper, black pepper, garlic, salt. Mix everything and refrigerate for an hour. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan. Spread the mass one tablespoon at a time. Fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.

Recommendation:

  • You can use sour cream instead of mayonnaise.
  • Any starch can be used.
  • Do not fry the cutlets for a long time so that they do not dry out.
