The Sino-Jamaican runway star has faced backlash for releasing a series of edited photos from the 2023 Oscars.
While the supermodel looked stunning in a cream-hued dress at the Vanity Fair party, fans noticed that the photos she uploaded to social media were very different from the raw photos taken on the red carpet.
The model said, “#VF #oscars.. Thank you to my team for this last minute in #LA.”
The first photo had been heavily retouched, causing Campbell’s head and nose to appear much smaller and disproportionate compared to the rest of his body.
Also, the British celebrity’s skin was smoothed and brightened.
The photo editing surprised many fans, who begged the model to submit original images and “normalize aging.”
“God help us if even Naomi thinks she needs it,” one fan commented. “Flawless as it is. No editing needed.”
