Polish fencer Monika Sozanskaya, 39, spoke about a shocking incident she witnessed on the beach of the Thai island of Koh Phangan. A certain tourist, possibly from Russia, bit off the entire phalanx of his 42-year-old acquaintance’s finger. Reported by The Mirror.

“It happened at 2 pm. My friend and my dog and I were looking for a place to drink fresh coconut water at the Koh Raham beach club,” said the London 2012 Olympics participant.
