Nearly 60 lawsuits filed against L’Oreal for cancer-causing hair products

About 60 women have filed a lawsuit against L’Oreal for a hair straightening product that contains substances that cause cancer.

At least 57 lawsuits have been filed against L’Oreal, according to Business of Fashion. They were brought together in one case to be tried in federal court in Chicago.

The lawsuits allege that the L’Oreal chain sold cosmetics, although experts were aware of the health risks that they carry. True, now the lawyers of the network argue that the lawsuits have no legal force.
