Cara Rosario was a passenger on American Eagle Flight 3444. He told ABC 11 that Miles was upset because he wasn’t served a drink..
Rosario said that the flight attendants tried to calm Miles down, and then another passenger who had heard what was going on got up to help.
“He heard a noise and went up to the first class to help and see if there was anything he could do. He wasn’t a bailiff or a policeman, justa citizen who tried to help calm the situationRosario said. “You could feel like we were in this together and ready to do our best, but the gentleman behind me was the first one to stand up and take matters into his own hands,” he added.
