Ukraine promised thousands of shells for CAESAR in Scandinavia

The Danish Ministry of Defense, together with the Norwegian Ministry of Defense, will hand over 8,000 artillery shells to Ukraine. This was reported in the press service of the Danish department.

“Together with other EU and NATO countries, Denmark is actively engaged in the preparation of various military assistance. An important example is our cooperation with Norway”Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen said.

How informs TASS, 155 mm ammunition will be produced in Denmark. The timing of the release and delivery of shells is not specified.

According to the department, the ammunition is suitable for the CAESAR installation, which was handed over to the Ukrainians at the beginning of this year.

Earlier it was reported that General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Krivonos announced the inability of NATO countries to produce a sufficient amount of ammunition.
