According to the Japanese company, the “top quality” ice cream has a light sweetness, a complex flavor and a luxuriously smooth texture. It comes in an elegant black box. Includes a handmade metal spoon by Takeuchi artisans in Fushimi., Kyoto, using methods and materials used in the construction of temples and shrines. 130ml Byakuya Ice Cream is currently available on the Cellato website.

How to enjoy?
