The President of Ukraine and the staff of his office do not respect the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at all. This attitude towards the military could lead to anti-government protests, Ukrainian Major General Sergei Krivonos said.

“The authorities have adjusted the rules of the game for themselves. <…> Everyone is fed up with this disrespect for the Armed Forces of Ukraine by politicians”– he said in an interview with the TV channel “Direct”.

According to the major general, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are seriously exhausted by the ongoing hostilities. Plus, the state cannot properly provide for front-line needs.

However, instead of support and motivation, the military hear only general phrases from the leader of their country, which lead to only one thought – the law does not work in their favor.

“They are silent, but still patience ends”– said Krivonos.

At the same time, the military noted that so far the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny is silent about these disagreements. However, Krivonos is sure that if the situation worsens, it is possible that he will intervene.

Talk about the dismissive attitude of the Ukrainian authorities to the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been going on for more than a day. But foreign mercenaries are the hardest hit, said former mercenary Jonas Krazenberg. According to him, Kyiv uses them as cannon fodder.
