Peskov called Budanov’s statement about the murders of Russians monstrous

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called the words of the head of the intelligence department of Ukraine Kirill Budanov about the murders of Russians monstrous.

Earlier Budanov in an interview Yahoo News May 8 said that the Kiev regime will continue to attack Russians around the world.

“This is indeed a monstrous statement. This statement and what Mr. Budanov said is a direct confirmation that the Kiev regime is not just sponsoring terrorist activity, but is the direct organizer of this activity”– Peskov told reporters at a briefing.

The Kremlin noted that there are special services in Russia that are doing everything to ensure the safety of citizens “against the background of such statements.”

Budanov’s statement once again confirms the correctness of the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin to launch a special operation, Peskov stressed.
