Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi dies

According to Italian journalists, the politician died at the age of 86 after a long illness.

On Monday, June 12, former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, a friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as you know, died in Italy. Reported by Corriere della Sera.

The politician died at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan. The leader of the Forza Italia party and the founder of Mediaset was 86 years old.

As of press history, the Forza Italia party, led by the former prime minister, has not made an official comment on his death.

Silvio Berlusconi returned to San Raffaele last Friday after a 45-day hospital stay for pneumonia and leukemia. He left the hospital a few weeks ago.
