Russian investigators are confident that they have caught the killer who shot the military commissar. The man now responsibly signs all the papers and nods in response to all offers from law enforcement.
A court session was held in the Russian Federation, during which the case of Sergei Denisenko, the possible murderer of military commissar Stanislav Rzhitsky, was discussed. The incident was reported by the Russian media “TASS”.
The court ordered Denisenko’s arrest. The report states that the period of detention is until September 10, 2023.
The agency also publishes the suspect’s statement. The man tried to reassure the judges that he was acting independently and had nothing to do with the Ukrainian special services. He sat in court with his head bowed and said he was working on the investigation.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation claimed that after the murder, the “murderer” planned to flee to Turkey and then to Switzerland. He also released a video showing Denisenko’s survey. The man confirmed his guilt – he allegedly really killed the military commissar. After that, he nodded in response to the question whether he had “repented”. As a result, he is given some papers and he dutifully signs them.
Earlier, Russian law enforcement agencies reported that they detained a 59-year-old man in a rented room in Tuapse. In addition to his name and age, there is no official data about him – it is not known by profession, how he earns a living, whether he has a passport. Therefore, it is not yet clear whether he has the necessary means and facilities to fly an emergency flight to Turkey (a ticket is about $ 350) and then to Switzerland ($ 270).
We remind you that on July 10, military commissar Stanislav Rzhitsky was shot dead in Krasnodar in the Russian Federation. The man, a former submarine commander, was running when he took four bullets.
Russian investigators detained the suspect a day later: they released a video of them entering the house and finding a possible killer on the floor next to the washing machine.
The father of the military commissar, who died during this time, assures that his son did not participate in the war. One of the controversies is that he wrote a letter of resignation in 2021 and the procedure took too long.
