A possible attempt to disqualify Donald Trump from the list of candidates for the US presidential election under the 14th amendment to the constitution is another trick to interfere in the elections. The corresponding statement was made by the former head of state himself.
According to him, practically all lawyers have not found a legal basis for applying the amendment to the 2024 elections.

He stressed that the current US President Joe Biden is the most incompetent and most corrupt president in the history of the United States, who cannot win with a fair vote.
Earlier, US Congress Senator Tim Kaine said that the potential involvement of former US President Donald Trump in the storming of the Capitol can be regarded as an attempt to prevent a peaceful transition of power in the country.
This gives a “strong argument” to apply the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution to remove Trump from participation in the presidential election.
