Julia Roberts Reveals Original Ending for ‘Pretty Woman’

American actress and producer Julia Roberts revealed a possible ending for the film “Pretty Woman.” According to her, the film was originally planned to be darker and did not include a happy ending. The words of the lead actress in the film led Daily Mail.

Julia Roberts played the role of a prostitute named Vivian in the film. But the ending of the film story, beloved by many, was originally intended to be dramatic, the actress noted.

“It was supposed to be a much darker film, it was called Three Thousand Dollars. Vivian was a drug addict, and in the end he [Эдвард] leaves her on the side of the road, throws money at her and drives off.”Roberts shared.

The actress noted that she was proud of the fact that she received a role in the dramatic film.

As originally intended, the film was never seen by a wide audience because the film company behind it closed, Roberts said. After this, Disney became interested in the film. They decided to remake the script.
