“It is not clear what they did: Putin’s daughter earned her first billion through Gazprom.”

According to Russian journalists, despite her huge income, Maria Vorontsova continues her studies at the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine of Moscow State University, receiving about 110,000 rubles a month.

Vladimir Putin’s daughter, Maria Vorontsova, is successfully running her business, making her first billion with Gazprom. The Russian Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), created by Alexei Navalny, writes about this.

According to Russian journalists, Vorontsova founded the medical company “Nomeko” (“New Medical Company”) in 2019 and joined its board of directors. In 2020, Nomeko’s revenue amounted to 840 million rubles, of which 600 million was net profit. She received dividends of 232 million rubles and an additional salary of 700,000 rubles per month. In 2021, revenue reached 1 billion rubles, net profit reached 810 million. In 2022, the profit increased to 855 million rubles, according to FBK, which suggests that Vorontsova could earn 944 million rubles in three years.

According to FBK researchers, Nomeco’s income comes from Gazprom-owned insurance company SOGAZ, whose owners allegedly include Putin’s friend Yuri Kovalchuk and the Russian President’s nephew Mikhail Shelomov. Before the war began in Ukraine, SOGAZ paid Nomeco billions of dollars for services provided.

It is noteworthy that journalists cannot understand what exactly Putin’s daughter’s company does.

“We admit, we spent a long time trying to figure out what they actually do. So what do they come into the office and do?” We went to the website, stated what the goals of the company are, what they are engaged in: “Creating an interface for interaction between leading research organizations and medical institutions”, “Developing new diagnostic methods in the field of nuclear medicine”, “introducing advanced diagnostic methods” in the FBK investigation ” It includes the following statements: “Creating a modern system for the training of doctors” and “Creating IT platforms”.

Also mentioned in the investigation is a 230-meter luxury penthouse in the center of Moscow, bought by Vorontsova’s husband Evgeniy Nagorny in 2020 for 850 million rubles comparable to its market value, and a country house next to Putin’s Novo-Ogarevo residence. 400 million rubles.

Despite this ample income, Vorontsova continues her studies officially at the Fundamental Medical Faculty of Moscow State University and receives approximately 110,000 rubles per month.

Let’s remember, in November 2023, Bloomberg wrote that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s daughter Ekaterina Tikhonova would increase the Kremlin’s influence in African countries.

Previously, in April, it was reported that companies owned by Russian President Vladimir Putin’s daughters Ekaterina Tikhonova and Maria Vorontsova earned more than 1.2 billion rubles during Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
