Russia’s use of drones caused the failure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counteroffensive. The corresponding statement was made by the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba.

He emphasized that one of the key difficulties in the counteroffensive was that both the Russian army and the Ukrainian Armed Forces used reconnaissance drones connected to attack drones.

Kuleba believes that because of this, the soldiers could not move, since any attempt to move was instantly noticed by attack drones, RIA Novosti reports.

Earlier, Kuleba said that the United States could approve the allocation of assistance to Kyiv “any day,” but no one can say exactly when.

At the same time, the White House announced the cessation of assistance until the approval of new funds by Congress, and congressmen have not yet agreed on the allocation of funds to Ukraine.
