According to journalists, Donald Trump is leading in seven important states (Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada and Wisconsin).
Former US leader Donald Trump is more popular than current President Joe Biden in at least seven states that are expected to play a key role in determining the election outcome. That’s according to a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll released this week.
The poll found Joe Biden trailing Donald Trump in seven key states (Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada and Wisconsin).
In these seven states, 48 percent of voters said they would support Trump, while 43 percent said they would support Biden.
Trump’s lead was especially evident in North Carolina; here he leads Biden by 9 percentage points; With 50% support for Trump versus 41% support for Biden.
North Carolina, where Trump won the 2020 elections, stands out as the only state where the former president received at least 50 percent support in the new survey. In other key states, none of the candidates won the support of a majority of voters.
It’s important to note that a significant portion of survey respondents expressed concerns about Biden’s age, while a significant percentage expressed concern about the danger posed by Trump.
Overall, 8 in 10 voters in key states said Biden, at 81, was too old. Less than half of those polled said Donald Trump, 77, is too old.
Let’s remember that Bloomberg wrote on February 14 that Donald Trump wanted to force Ukraine to negotiate with Russia if he won the US presidential election. According to journalists, Trump’s plans include reducing obligations to some NATO member countries.
On February 13, Trump announced his intention to end the war in Ukraine if he won the presidential election. He also said he liked Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, calling him “the best salesman in history.”
