“It has long been known that unofficially there are experts from NATO and other countries in Ukraine. Partly teaching, partly consulting. Americans have been practicing this for decades – first in Korea, then in Vietnam and other conflict zones.”noted Hampel.
According to him, at first advisers and experts arrived in Ukraine to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants. He noted that this is nothing new.
“The dangerous aspect is that NATO is a defensive alliance and cannot participate in planning and supporting the military actions of other countries.”he added.
Let us recall that earlier Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that some countries that are members of NATO have already sent their military to Ukraine. However, he did not specify which states sent soldiers there.
Prior to this, French President Emmanuel Macron announced the creation of an alliance of countries ready to send their military to Ukraine.
“Here one can joke that President Macron has not read books on history, and he is also tall like Napoleon; here one could recall that already in the 19th century the French lost to Russia.”he noted.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the words of the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry about NATO soldiers in Ukraine were spoken because there was no point in denying it.
