On the evening of December 28, a major malfunction occurred in Telegram messenger. Users were complaining that messages were not being received and chats were not working. This is proven by Downdetector data.
Around 19:30 (Kiev time) there was a global failure on Telegram. Users stopped sending messages and opening chats.
Namely, 62% of users complained about connecting to the server, 23% reported problems in the application, and 14% had problems in chats.
