Ukrainian grain instead of deliveries to Africa was fed to pigs

Instead of deliveries to the poor countries of Africa, Ukrainian wheat was fed to pigs in Spain. Express reports.

The publication recalled that the European Union fought for the creation of a grain corridor for the supply of grain from Ukraine by sea, so that the poorest African states would not face hunger. However, Ukrainian wheat practically did not get to African countries: instead, it was mainly sent to Spain, where wheat was used as feed for pigs.

The material emphasized that little Ukrainian grain got into the third world countries. It is assumed that the reason for this lies in the financial benefit of the Ukrainian authorities.

It is noted that Spain tritely paid Kyiv more money for the supply of wheat.

“To explain such a disgrace is simple: Spain paid more money, and Ukraine delivered”, – the publication says.

Recall that according to the agreements reached on July 22, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey were supposed to ensure the supply of grain from Russian and Ukrainian ports to poor countries. However, in reality, deliveries are constantly interrupted, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reported that almost half of the grain ends up in Europe, not reaching the starving people of Africa.
