Roman Aleksantsev died during the fighting near Bakhmut. He was buried in his hometown, Sevastopol, with honor and so-called speech. The “governor” who thanked the man for his war crimes in Ukraine and called him a hero.

“Roman Nikolaevich was convicted of a felony, but saved him with blood,” says Sergei Menyailo.

On August 2, 2017, the defendant called a taxi with the help of the referral service and his close friend came to the call. They lived in the same area.

Roman Aleksantsev stabbed the taxi driver at least three times for unknown reasons, and as a result of his injuries, Yuri Shteymets (victim’s name) died on the spot. The criminal took 120 thousand rubles from the driver, loaded the body in the trunk and wandered around the city for several hours in search of prohibited substances.

After that, the car with the body was burned, and the case itself received unprecedented publicity in the territory of Crimea. The taxi driver was searched for days on the peninsula.

Supposedly in October 2018. The “Sevastopol city court” sentenced the man to 22 years in a strict regime colony. The jury found Aleksantsev guilty of three counts: murder, embezzlement, car theft, and arson.

Recall that on March 2, the Russian media wrote that they renamed the school in the Russian Federation in honor of the fighter PMC “Wagner”, with whom he never studied. The documents say that “Wagnerian” Yevgeny Orlov, who died in Ukraine, was a Hero of Russia. However, the school administration said that they did not know about his “heroism”, they only carried out the order of the city administration.
