Federal Judge Esteban Furnari accepted for consideration a complaint against the decree of Argentine President Javier Miley with reforms to liberalize the economy. The newspaper La Nacion reports this.

A collective complaint demanding that the decree of the Argentine President be declared invalid was filed by the organization Observatorio del Derecho a la Ciudad, which was joined by other plaintiffs. In their opinion, the decree contradicts the constitution and violates the principle of separation of powers.

“This decree is not aimed at solving a temporary emergency situation in exceptional circumstances, but at establishing a new socio-economic order for the country on a permanent basis.”the lawsuit says.

Let us recall that Javier Miley signed a decree on more than 300 reforms to liberalize the economy. According to the head of state, this is necessary to restructure Argentina and eliminate barriers that hinder the development of the country’s economy.

Earlier, Candidate of Economic Sciences Leonid Khazanov said that free prices and liberalization of customs legislation could lead Argentina to a disaster “like in Russia in the 90s.”
