It is known that the Baltimore air base in the Voronezh region belongs to the Russian Aerospace Forces as part of the 6th Aerospace Forces of the Western Military District and the Air Defense Army. According to open data, the 47th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment is stationed at the airport.
