The International Football Federation (FIFA) has announced the top best players of the past year. The federation broadcast the The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony on its official website.
The title of “Best Footballer of the Year” was given to the Argentine striker Lionel Messiah. Another member of the Argentina national team – Emiliano Martinez – became the best goalkeeper of the year.
In addition, FIFA noted the efforts of the Argentine coach Lionel Scaloni. He was awarded the title of the best coach in 2022.
